At ‘catch-up’ dinners with friends when the subject of work life emerges, all we hear about is the dread of having to get up the next day for work, the stress, the work load and clashes with the boss or a co-worker. At the end of a good weekend, we return back home like kids waking back to the classroom after a lunch break – shoulders rolled down, frowns on foreheads carrying the work stress to be followed the next day and the overall dread of having to wake up for yet another day at work.
This is not the kind of ageing that is denoted by grey strands, wrinkled skin and weakened bones. When I talk about ageing here, it’s to emphasis the fact that we, at an age that is not exactly over the old age bar start showing such symptoms; lowered immunity and tolerance for stress and exhaustion, extreme tiredness, mysterious body aches and physical capacity of that of a 90 year old individual. There’s at least one such moment in the entire day when you hear yourself whine and huff out an ‘I’m so tired’, ‘I have no energy left.’ or ‘I’m dying.’ Now, the question is whether we are all really ageing early or are we just becoming too lazy to nourish our youth?

Long-distance relationships also have come a long way along with a few more benefits to new age romancing. Thanks to internet communication. Now while the internet has been a boon for us, at the same time, has it also tampered with the authenticity of romance?
Well, there is no guide to getting your dream job unless you’re looking for one that lists steps asking you to just discover your passion, jot down qualities of your ideal job, not give up and strive harder. Before you even go ahead to Google a guide alike, are you even sure of what a dream job exactly is? Is it a coveted company you’ve always wanted to work for, a desired position, a massive pay-check, or work hours that don’t suffocate your social life?
When women generalize all men as rapists, they might be wrong.
There are men I can be alone with at three in the night and not feel threatened at all. There are some men who stand up for women more than their own gender and show their respect and support throughout. There are men who are victims themselves. However, when a woman says that all men are rapists, she may be wrong, but she also can’t really be blamed.
